Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Nature of the Products

The products offered in this store are hand-painted scale models and miniatures, many of which are custom-made and created upon request according to the client’s specifications. Due to the artisanal nature of the work, each piece is unique.

Custom Orders and Production Time

For custom-made products, the estimated production time is between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the agreed specifications.

The exact timeframe will be agreed in advance with the client prior to the start of the work. All painting and finishing processes will be carried out in accordance with the features, references, and specifications previously approved by both parties.

All prices displayed on this website are shown in euros (€).

In accordance with Spanish tax regulations, Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to the products sold through this website. Therefore, the prices shown are VAT exempt and no VAT will be added at checkout.

Any applicable shipping costs or additional charges will be clearly indicated before the customer completes the purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal (including PayPal Balance and other available PayPal payment options)
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Once the work is completed, the order will be shipped using a delivery service with tracking number, which will be provided to the client.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure adequate protection during transit. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products, as these items are created according to the customer’s specific requirements.

Exception: Seller’s Error

Returns will only be accepted in the event of a seller’s error (for example, if the delivered product does not match the agreed specifications).

In such cases:

The product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, and in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

The customer must notify the issue within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Return Shipping Costs

In all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure that the product is properly packaged and protected for return shipment.

No refunds will be issued if the product is received: damaged,in poor condition, or not in the same condition as when originally shipped.

Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order implies the express acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the characteristics, specifications, and delivery timeframes previously agreed for each custom project.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
