Sauron, the Dark Lord

Bust of Sauron, the Dark Lord from The Lord of the Rings.

Sauron means in Quenya “the Horrifying” or “the Abhorred”, a name imposed, evidently, by his enemies. He was the most powerful of Melkor’s servants and lieutenant of the stronghold of evil, Angband.
Gil-Galad and Elendil faced Sauron’s army in the War of the Last Alliance. Of this war it is told that “all living creatures were divided that day… some of the same species, even beasts and birds, were on one side or the other; except the Elves. Only they alone were not divided and followed Gil-Galad”.

The miniature is hand painted with a mixture of metallic and oil paints to achieve the worn and dark metallic finish that represents so well the enemy of the free peoples of Middle-earth.

Approximately 1/16th scale fantasy figure, 3d printed in high quality resin. It is presented on a wooden plinth.

Available on request, delivery time will be longer than usual.
