Horten Ho 229

This peculiar aircraft, also known as Gotha Go 229 or Ho 229, was a prototype fighter-bomber that which never saw combat. Only a few planes were found in different stages of development and after the war they were taken to the United States for research. Its design inspired many flying wings which are still used today.
